Our CEO

Debra Callahan

Debra is the CEO and President of Callahan HR Solutions. Debra has been in the HR profession for over 20 years and has extensive experience in the following business sectors: Manufacturing, Automotive, Banking & Finance, Marketing, Media, Telecommunications, Healthcare, Supply Chain and IT.

Debra holds an MA in Psychology from the University Aberdeen, Scotland and an MSc in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from the University of Sheffield, England. Debra is also certified professional with the Society for Human Resources Management and holds the designation of SHRM–SCP (Senior Certified Professional)

Debra volunteers on the Board of NKY SHRM and currently holds the role of Diversity Chair. In addition to this, Debra volunteers with the Cincinnati Art Museum and the JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation).
